  • Registration for VEHA Board Members
  • Ticket is discounted for full time students pursuing a degree in Environmental Health or a related field.

    Note: Must be a current VEHA member to receive discounted ticket price.
    Must provide proof of a valid student ID prior to the event. Email to board@virginiaeha.org.

The 2023 VEHA Spring Environmental Health Education Day  will be held in-person, Thursday, June 8th at the Roslyn Center (8727 River Rd, Richmond, VA 23229 - click here for a map with the GPS address and directions).   

This one day conference will include general environmental health learning sessions as well as specific educational tracks in food safety and onsite.  Continuing education credits will be awarded for attendance. VEHA 2023 Spring Conference Agenda

VEHA Members get a discounted conference registration rate.  You must join or renew prior to registering to get this rate!  Membership is NO LONGER included with conference registration.

Conference Registration Fee:  $40.00 for VEHA members; $80.00 for non-members. (Attention: If you are not a VEHA member, you can join VEHA for $20.00/year and then get the member pricing for conferences!).  

DEADLINE REMINDER: A light breakfast and lunch is included with all paid registrations received by Sunday, May 28th.  

*Please note that lunch will not be available for any late registrations (registrations received after 5/29/2023).  If registering after 5/29/2023, please plan to bring your own food.)

Refunds for the conference fee will only be issued if requested by noon on Monday, May 29th.

Onsite Soil Track Reminder – bring soil auger if possible and dress for outdoor conditions. Adverse weather may restructure the afternoon agenda.
